A Baltimore wellness event for black mothers featuring a community walk, Pilates, self-care, healing, and connection. Healing Mom Summer is a 3-day wellness experience for Black mothers in Baltimore designed to support self-care, stress relief, healing, movement, and meaningful community connection. From August 7–9, Black mothers will gather for a weekend focused on reconnecting with themselves through conversation, wellness activities, reflection, creativity, and community. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stretched thin, or simply in need of a reset, this experience was created with you in mind. Throughout the weekend, participants will enjoy a Welcome Gathering, a community wellness walk, a VIP Pilates experience, inspiring panel discussions, guided journaling, creative activities, and opportunities to connect with other Black mothers who understand the unique challenges and joys of motherhood.
