My practice focuses on the representation of healthcare professionals, group practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, management service organizations, ambulatory care facilities and nursing homes. More specifically, I regularly analyze federal and state statutes and regulations in connection with the Anti-Kickback laws, Stark Laws, Board of Medical Examiners regulations, HIPPA, HITECH, self-referrals laws and fraud and abuse laws.
