Our top priority is understanding and achieving our client's goals. I started my career as a law clerk to a federal judge in Philadelphia. I then practiced at several prominent law firms specializing in employment law. From 2006 to 2016, I was global head of litigation and employment law for Luxottica. Luxottica is one of the largest eyewear and vision care companies in the world. The Company employs 80,000 people in more than 150 countries and had revenues of more than €9 billion in 2015. From 2006 to 2008, I was in-house counsel for Morgan Stanley. During my time as an in-house lawyer I selected and managed external lawyers and was responsible for a significant budget. I achieved outstanding results in complex litigation, advised senior management and HR leaders on high risk matters and represented the Company in negotiations. Before and after my in-house career, I worked in leading law firms. I litigated complex class actions, non-compete cases and a large variety of discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, whistleblower and retaliation matters. My experience representing employers, and inside the legal departments of large companies, allows me to help clients understand and pursue their rights. I am not easily intimidated as I have usually been in my adversary's position.
