With signature events in Sag Harbor, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia, the Festival brings together influential writers, thought leaders, and community changemakers for a dynamic experience that includes panel discussions, book signings, networking, and live programming.
More than an event, the Festival serves as a movement with a clear purpose: to promote literacy, preserve cultural narratives, and advocate against the banning of books, particularly those that reflect Black history and lived experiences. Join us for the 1st Annual Albanian Festival, a vibrant, family-friendly celebration honoring the rich heritage, traditions, and resilience of the Albanian people in the Capital Region and beyond.
This inaugural festival brings together the Albanian community to share traditional food, music, dance, art, storytelling, and local Albanian-owned businesses, while welcoming the broader community to experience the beauty and depth of Albanian culture.
