Register on Eventbrite Complete one registration per person. Each participant must have their own Eventbrite ticket and QR code. 2. Visit Japanese Food Expo NY 2026 Come to Japan Village in Brooklyn on October 24 and present your Eventbrite QR code at the designated check-in area. 3. Check In Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM Check in with your Eventbrite QR code between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to participate in the Prize Drawing. After your QR code is scanned, eligible participants will receive a numbered drawing ticket. The first 100 checked-in participants will also receive a special giveaway item while supplies last. 4. Stay for the Prize Drawing The Prize Drawing is scheduled to take place after 1:30 PM. Keep your numbered ticket and remain at the Expo until the winning numbers are announced. Must be present to win. If a winning number is called and the participant is not present, the entry will be forfeited and another number will be drawn. Registration & Participation Rules Participation is free. No purchase necessary. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. One registration and one ticket per person. Duplicate registrations are not permitted. Each participant must check in using their own Eventbrite QR code. To be eligible for the Prize Drawing, participants must check in between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The Prize Drawing is scheduled to take place after 1:30 PM. Participants must be present when the winning numbers are announced to win.
