An intimate luxury wellness experience for Black women featuring Live DJ, movement, rest, sound healing, self-care, and community. Celebrate National Black Girl Day of Rest by giving yourself the gift of intentional pause. Hosted by The InnerG Healer, this intimate Luxury Wellness Day Party is designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community. With attendance intentionally limited to just 30 women, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a meaningful and restorative experience. Throughout the afternoon, you'll enjoy a series of wellness experiences that gently guide you from movement into stillness, including a Pilates session, restorative yoga, a deeply immersive sound bath, and opportunities to unwind with chair massages. You'll also create your own custom fragrance during our Signature Scent Experience, explore our curated wellness marketplace, and enjoy delicious light bites and refreshments while connecting with like-minded women in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
