The Greater Toledo REALTIST Association (GTRA) is a chartered chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB), which is the oldest minority trade association in America. We were founded in 1947 on the principle that all citizens have the right to equal housing opportunities, regardless of race, creed, or color.
There are over 90 chapters located nationwide and members of the NAREB organization are referred to as “REALTIST.”
Our Mission is to enhance the economic improvement of our members and the communities we serve.
We bring together NW Ohio professionals in the real estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how best to serve our clientele. NAREB ensures training and educational opportunities are available to our entire membership across the many disciplines we represent. NAREB members represents a broad array of real estate, mortgage and housing-related professionals.

NAREB members are called REALTISTS and represent all professional disciplines within the real estate industry. REALTISTS promote the highest standards of professional integrity and follow a strict code of real estate industry ethics. The Toledo Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. was founded in December 1952 by a group of loving exceptional women who happened to also be dedicated mothers.
Jack and Jill of America, Inc., is a membership organization of mothers with children ages 2 – 19, dedicated to nurturing future African American leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty.
Our vision is to bond in service and sisterhood while nurturing our children as they strive to become the next generation of leaders in our community.
