Our goal and mission is to “stomp the divide” between Black tech workers and to fundamentally influence and effect change on an industry that has historically not sought parity with respect to Black workers. Our intent is to level the playing field through training, education, networking, and mentorship with the support of allies, partners, sponsors, and most importantly our global members.

The Black Law Students Association at Drexel Kline Law represents a vital community within Philadelphia, PA's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, dedicated to supporting Black law students as they build their identities and careers in the legal field. Founded on the principle that every student deserves to feel deeply valued and heard, BLSA creates spaces of belonging where students can thrive academically, professionally, and personally throughout their law school journey.
