Currently, I work as a legal counsel at Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), a global leader in security technology and smart solutions. At G+D, I review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, such as software licenses, service contracts, confidentiality agreements, and distribution deals, while providing advice to cross-functional internal teams on various legal and business issues. I also leverage my international experience and knowledge of different legal systems, having worked in-house with two global IT companies in the USA and Asia Pacific regions, and as a legal consultant at a full-service law firm in Washington D.C. and an associate at a corporate litigation law firm in India. Additionally, I have a keen interest in diverse legal topics, such as intellectual property, human rights, and whistleblower protection, and have written and presented papers at various international forums.
