Since 2004, CREW Coastal Virginia has served as a transformative force for women in the commercial real estate industry throughout Hampton and the greater Southeastern Virginia region. This chapter of CREW Network brings together approximately 100 commercial real estate professionals committed to advancing women globally and creating meaningful change within the industry. The organization is built on four core mission pillars: facilitating business networking and dealmaking as the cornerstone of member success, developing effective leaders through high-level training and board opportunities, providing career outreach to bring more women into commercial real estate, and producing groundbreaking research on gender and diversity. CREW Coastal Virginia members are empowered through knowledge sharing and mutual support, learning from the insight and experience of peers drawn from every aspect of commercial real estate. The organization fosters a dynamic community where members push boundaries through provocative dialogue, participate in educational programs that affect their day-to-day work, and become forces for activism and community involvement.
