On this International Women’s Day, Woman 360 – Honoring Our Collective “Chingonería” is an invitation to look at ourselves, recognize one another, and keep walking forward together—despite the challenges our community faces and in spite of those who try to make us believe we can’t.
We know the truth: together, we are unstoppable.
We invite you to see ourselves as women, migrants, entrepreneurs, and so much more. We will honor our individual and collective strength, this community of Prospera “chingonas,” and all the women who paved the way before us. We will also honor all that still lies ahead: the right to live free from violence, to equal opportunities and to be heard and valued.
What can you expect at this gathering?
To celebrate and raise our voices in a space of community, resistance, and collective strength.
To de from participants in our programs, rooted in the lived experience of being women, migrants, and entrepreneurs—led with courage and built from our roots.
Connect with the vision of our special guest Brenda Solórzano, President and CEO of The California Endowment. Solórzano, who immigrated from Guatemala to the United States as a baby, is a nationally recognized leader in trust-based philanthropy, centered on community, equity, and building transformative relationships between funders and nonprofits.
To connect, dance, cry, laugh, and support one another.
To be moved by the Chingona Giving Circle Awards, learn about this initiative where women organize so more women can access Prospera’s programs, and discover how the funds raised over the past year have been used.
This gathering is also a commitment to what’s ahead: to what we are building together, to the spaces we continue to claim, and to the dreams we refuse to let go of. Women walking side by side, caring for one another, and never letting go. You are one of them.
Because we are seeds, we are many, and we have so much to share, celebrate, and dream together. Come, join us, and be part of this collective chingonería.

A Call from the Heart
Today we want to ask you for two very special favors, because together we’ve achieved so much… and there is still more to dream, create, and sustain.
1. Make a voluntary donation.
All our events and programs are free because we firmly believe that access to opportunities should have no barriers. However, at this time, due to the loss of certain funding because of the political climate, we need your help to keep going. If it is within your means, please consider making a voluntary donation. Every contribution—no matter how small—helps us keep spaces for learning and support alive for our community. You can find a way to donate on this same platform.
2. Invite your “comadre.”
In community, everything is possible. That’s why we ask you to share this invitation with that special woman in your life—your comadre, sister, cousin, or friend—who could benefit from a space like this. Perhaps she is starting her entrepreneurial journey, looking for support, or simply needs to know she is not alone. This gathering could be that hug, that boost, that open door. Help us continue weaving this network of care, strength, and hope.
Thank you for believing. Thank you for supporting. Thank you for walking with us.
