When an injury happens, the process can feel confusing. Lawyer Vince offers straightforward support from the first call through resolution, beginning with a review of how the incident occurred and what evidence will help. As an accident lawyer, the firm explains what to collect—photos, medical notes, employment records—and how to track treatment and out-of-pocket costs. They handle communications with insurers, draft demand letters, and work to structure claims that reflect both immediate and future impacts. If settlement talks stall, the team prepares filings, manages deadlines, and represents clients in court. Motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle impacts, dog bites, and slip-and-fall matters are handled with attention to liability details, such as visibility, signage, and property conditions. Clients are kept informed about likely timelines and next steps so there are fewer surprises. Serving people in Torrance, CA, the practice emphasizes steady case management and clear explanations, helping injured individuals focus on recovery while legal issues move forward.

VietRISE advances social justice and builds power with working-class Vietnamese and immigrant communities in Orange County. We build leadership and create systemic change through organizing, narrative change, cultural empowerment, and civic.
Founded in 2018, VietRISE is a community organization based in Orange County, California. Our mission is to advance social justice and build power with working class Vietnamese and immigrant communities in Orange County, CA. We build leadership among our communities and work toward systemic change through organizing, shifting narratives, cultural empowerment, and civic engagement.
As an organization based in Orange County, home of the largest Vietnamese population in the world outside of Viet Nam, we know how important the work that we do here and the narratives that come out of this region are within the Vietnamese diaspora. We recognize that our struggles and the health and safety of our communities across the country and the world are interconnected, and we are committed toward ensuring immigrant justice, housing justice, and democracy for all through our local work.
Since 2018, we have engaged over 10,000 Vietnamese residents of all ages in cities across Orange County in six field campaigns, trained young Vietnamese Americans in civic engagement and organizing, and led unprecedented immigrant justice community mobilizations in “historically conservative” Little Saigon, Orange County alongside multiracial and cross-cultural alliances.
In 2019, we launched Bring Human Rights Home, an immigrant justice campaign to address ICE’s immigration enforcement in Little Saigon cities, call attention to the violence committed against refugees in ICE’s migrant prison camps at the border, and to hold accountable, through policy and narrative, the Vietnamese elected officials who have colluded with white supremacist hate groups to advance an anti-immigrant agenda in Orange County.
Rooted in the early 1970s when Korean immigrants first began establishing themselves in Orange County, the Korean American Federation of Orange County represents a thriving community built on shared purpose and collective effort. The organization was formally established in 1979 through a founding general meeting centered on community members committed to supporting one another through the challenges of immigration and cultural adaptation. What began as a Garden Grove-centered initiative has blossomed into a vibrant network extending across Fullerton and Irvine, reflecting the growth and stability achieved through decades of dedication by Korean-American families. The federation serves as a cultural bridge, hosting signature events like Korea-U.S. Friendship Night that foster meaningful connections between Korean-Americans and the broader Orange County community. Today, the organization stands as a representative voice for Korean-Americans in the region, working to develop the community, support individual rights, and strengthen relationships with other ethnic and cultural groups. By combining traditional values with contemporary community needs, the federation continues its mission to contribute to cultural exchange, promote sound community development, and ensure that Korean-Americans in Garden Grove, CA and throughout Orange County have access to the resources and connections they need to thrive.
