Unico National is the largest Italian American Service Organization in the United States. The Verona Chapter of Unico was established in 1970 and over the years more than $500,000 was donated to national and local organizations in order to provide a better quality of life for those less fortunate. The Verona Chapter has granted hundreds of scholarships to local high school students. Verona Unico is one of the sponsors of the summer concert series held in our civic center and Fair in the Square held in December. The Verona Unico Labor Day 5K race and the Sunday 'Gravy' Dinner are 2 major fundraisers that support local volunteer and non-profit organizations and scholarships.

The Rockaway Township Chapter of UNICO is a 501(c) 3 non-profit charitable service organization that's non-political & non-sectarian. Our members are either of Italian heritage or are married to those of Italian heritage. Our purposes are to grant education scholarships, support programs aiding underprivileged & handicapped children, community & civic activities, mental health, cancer & autism research & St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Unico Chapter of Orange West Orange of UNICO NATIONAL has been serving the Communities of Orange and West Orange for over 50 years.
We are a service organization that has raised funds for scholarships for the children of our communities. We have contributed to many of the town's special projects such as creating a Garden for students with learning disabilities in Degnan Park, contributed funds for the local West Orange Girl Scouts to attend the 100th Anniversary Celebration of Girl's Scouting, and the recognition of our town's athletes at the annual Sport's Breakfast to name a few of our projects.
This past year we assisted and supported the town's Italian teachers and helped gain support for the Italian language program in our middle school
The Jewel of what we do is seeing the smiles on our seniors' faces as they are honored at our yearly Scholarship dinner. Our organization promotes values of service; our motto is "Service above Self".
The object of Unico is to encourage the ideal of "SERVICE ABOVE SELF", and to further:
1. The development of a better understanding and respect for each other, and for our kind of people as a whole.
2. The development of a desire to do things for others, giving of our time and money,

3. The development of a better citizenship by community activity, proving the worth of our people as citizens of this great America.
The Montville UNICO Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Montville Chapter of UNICO National, the country’s largest Italian-American service organization. Montville Chapter of UNICO welcomes those who wish to help us continue our chapter’s mission of charity and service.
The Montville UNICO Foundation is dedicated to the education and support of individuals, families and other charitable organizations in our community. By offering our assistance, we hope to aid the less fortunate with their participation in and contribution to society.
