Stride Saturdays builds on that by creating a collective wellness experience: a mid-quarter community walk where we move together, check in with ourselves and practice healing in community. Research shows that walking in groups increases accountability, reduces feelings of isolation and strengthens emotional resilience — especially for Black women navigating high-stress environments.
