The nonprofit's unique strength lies in its volunteer-driven model—operating entirely without paid staff, the organization channels 100% of all contributions directly into community programs. Supported by donations from foundations, banking institutions, and individual community members, Annam CDC has built remarkable self-sufficiency through creative initiatives like its on-site community vegetable garden, which supplies fresh produce for daily meal services. The Center's diverse programming reflects deep community engagement, from the Seniors Club and Tai Chi groups to cultural associations and hobby-based clubs like Hoa La Canh.
