The Iranian American Society of Daytona Beach is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization based in Volusia County, working to promote the Iranian culture through literacy & social events.
In 1997, a group of approximately 60 Iranian Americans from Volusia County gathered to form an organization to introduce Iranian art and culture to their community.
The mission of Iranian American Society (IAS) was written as to promote the Iranian culture and to engage in a cross cultural, educational exchange through literacy and social events.

Persian American Society of Tampa Bay (PASTB) is a donor supported non-profit organization under Chapter 501 (c) (3) of IRS.
We are a group of volunteers who strive to build a better community for Iranian Americans of Tampa Bay area by providing the means to celebrate our Persian heritage, pass along our cultural values to our children and to preserve them for future generations.
Persian American Society of Tampa Bay started as Persian Cultural Society of Florida in 1998. In April of 2008 the name was changed to Persian American Society of Tampa Bay to address, include and cherish our American heritage along side of our Persian ancestry.
Jennie’s current practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions. She specializes in drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, purchase contracts, deeds, and other real estate-related documents; handling title issues; and representing lenders, buyers and sellers in the conveyance of commercial and residential real estate. She also counsels and represents individuals, foreign investors, and small to mid-sized businesses on matters pertaining to corporate formation, contract preparation and negotiation, estate planning, and business/investor immigration.
Jennie held a number of legal positions in several distinguished law firms in the State of Florida. At Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart P.A., her practice focused on real estate litigation. At Cooney Trybus, Jennie represented insurance companies with regard to commercial and residential property claims. She also worked for a boutique international law firm, where she represented individuals, foreign investors, and businesses in real estate transactions, as well as matters relating to estate planning, corporate law, and investor immigration.
Jennie is very knowledgeable of the Florida real estate market, and also owns a small but successful real estate investment company. For several years now, Jennie has participated in a number of pro bono cases, representing the rights of foster children on behalf of Lawyers for Children America. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, traveling, and reading about start-ups and entrepreneurship.
