Danish Club of Washington, D.C., USA is a cultural club serving the greater metropolitan area of the nation's capital.
Established in 1931 as a not-for-profit social organization, the Club just recently celebrated its 75th anniversary and has more than 300 members from all age groups. Members consist of people interested in Denmark and Danish culture, some of who are of Danish descent, some who have immigrated from Denmark to the D.C. area, and some who just enjoy the fellowship of the Danes and their culture.
The Club offers a variety of events designed to bring together members interested in learning about Danish culture and in preserving Danish traditions.
