Ms. Nguyen (“win”) has over 15 years of legal experience. She is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Nguyen’s legal experience includes working for a Senior Judge, two prestigious law firms, for the state as a Prosecutor, and for Wells Fargo Bank as an Asst. Vice President in the Trust Department.
Ms. Nguyen focuses her practice on immigration law. However, because immigration law, criminal law, and family law are inexplicably intertwined areas of the law, she often represents clients on family and criminal law matters due to serious potential immigration consequences for the client.
