Founded in 2007 during a period of spiritual renewal in the Catholic Church, the Northern Virginia Guild of the Catholic Medical Association represents a vibrant community of healthcare professionals in Arlington, VA dedicated to living out their faith in their daily work. As the eighth guild chartered among what has grown to over 100 guilds nationwide, this organization embodies the vision of spiritual awakening that Pope John Paul II called the "New Springtime of Evangelization." The guild brings together physicians, medical students, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, psychologists, and other allied health professionals who share a commitment to serving patients with the compassion of Christ. At its heart, the Northern Virginia Guild recognizes that living faith in today's complex world requires intentional community and mutual support. Members gather to foster spiritual growth rooted in Catholic teachings, to encourage one another in both personal and professional challenges, and to create a network of understanding among those who believe that authentic healthcare flows from Christ-centered values. The guild's vision emphasizes respect for human dignity at all stages of life, merciful medicine informed by Christ's example, and the principle that while physicians treat, it is Christ who heals. By connecting like-minded healthcare professionals throughout Arlington, VA and Northern Virginia, the guild strengthens individual faith journeys while collectively witnessing to the transformative power of faith-informed medical practice. This community demonstrates that professional excellence and spiritual commitment are not competing priorities but complementary aspects of a meaningful healthcare career.

Our Mission:
I recently found myself glued to GoFundMe, dropping tens and twenties here and there for campaigns close to reaching their goal line. These are people and families struggling through financial hardships, or combatting cancer, or losing homes, or asking help with final wishes. I thought to myself, "what if I could use my platform to help people get back on their feet?" At checkout, you'll see that 100% of tickets of this edition will be dedicated to GoFundMe campaigns we come across. For transparency purposes, we will discuss donations with registrants.
